As in other business awards programs, we have early, regular and late entry deadlines, providing a perfect balance between saving on award entry fees and getting extra time to polish your business award entries.
Because of the fast pace of innovation in AI, Champions in AI offers quarterly deadlines and will publish honorees each quarter. The final list of honorees for each year will include all of that year’s honorees.
For Q2 2026 honorees’ announcement, to be published on July 8, 2026, the deadlines are as follows:
Early entry deadline: Jan 30, 2026
Regular entry deadline: Mar 27, 2026
Late entry deadline: May 29, 2026
For Q3 2026 honorees’ announcement, to be published on October 7, 2026, the deadlines are as follows:
Early entry deadline: Jul 31, 2026
Regular entry deadline: Aug 28, 2026
Late entry deadline: Sept 26, 2026
For Q4 2026 honorees’ announcement, to be published on January 13, 2027, the deadlines are as follows:
Early entry deadline: Oct 30, 2026
Regular entry deadline: Nov 27, 2026
Late entry deadline: Dec 31, 2026

We suggest drafting your business award entries offline and saving them for edits/internal reviews. It goes without saying, but please don’t have AI draft your Champions in AI entries.
